Typically positioned between the shot blasting chamber and the media storage device, this series connects the two, delivering shot media to the workpiece surface at precisely controlled angles, stable flow rates, and high speeds to achieve maximum productivity.
Shot media is fed into the shot blasting generation system through the feed spout. The control wheel evenly distributes the media to the impeller position. The motor drives the impeller, which rotates the blades mounted on it at high speed, propelling the media in the set direction and angle to achieve the shot blasting function.

Typically installed between the media storage device and the shot blasting chamber, this series is fixed to the chamber via flanges and connected to the storage device through flexible blast hoses. Installation and removal are simple and quick, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance.
With optimized structural design and rational layout, this series allows for replacement of a complete set of impeller and blade wear parts within eight minutes, minimizing downtime. All components are machined from wear-resistant materials and treated in low-pressure vacuum furnaces, enhancing impact and wear resistance while also improving dynamic balance performance for shot blasting operations.
