Product Positioning

The nozzle motion system consists of a robot and a gantry. The robot is a six-axis type, and the gantry has X and Y axes. The positioning accuracy of the motion system is ≤±2mm, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤±2mm. The equipment is equipped with two vibrating screens: one for screening recovered media, and the other for screening media during the refill process. The soundproof enclosure consists of a base, structural frame, rock wool panels, sound-absorbing padding, acoustic panels, and a service access door. Fan noise control complies with GB12348-2008, with boundary noise ≤85dB(A).

Application

  • The equipment adopts a 180° rotary indexing table.
  • Rear axle suspension loading & unloading: supported by robot, or manual operation with power‑assisted manipulator.
  • Shot peening and loading/unloading run simultaneously, delivering high efficiency and good operability.
  • Fitted with G80II shot peening system; 2 spray nozzles are driven by FANUC 6‑axis robot.
  • Workpiece rotation mechanism installed on the turnover door works in coordination with the robot.
  • Realizes precise strengthening treatment on weld seams.
    Cycle time: 90 seconds for each workpiece.
