The key to a stable shot peening process lies in maintaining consistent shot peening pressure and flow rate. As the core system of the shot peening equipment, the shot peening generation system features a pressure stabilization function that ensures stable shot flow within two seconds, guaranteeing accurate cycle timing. This enables continuous delivery of shot media to the nozzle at stable pressure and flow, and allows the use of blast hoses longer than 3 meters without compromising productivity.
Abrasive media is fed into the shot peening generation system through the feed flange. Compressed air is introduced from an external air receiver (surge tank), which maintains stable pressure throughout the system. The mixture of compressed air and abrasive is discharged through the hose connector, and an external spray gun assembly is connected to perform the shot peening operation.
