Marine Shaft Shot Peening Machine

  • The equipment features dual ABB robots working in coordination, equipped with 4 spray guns, enabling precise shot peening of complex crankshaft orientations. The part motion system utilizes servo-driven center pins combined with hydraulic follow-up center pins, coupled with a laser rangefinder for precise positioning. The shot peening system is equipped with a G80II continuous shot peening generator, an American EI electromagnetic flow control valve, and a Metalwork electric proportional valve, ensuring high-precision control of pressure and flow rate. The system integrates a Siemens PLC, an industrial PC with a touchscreen interface, and a comprehensive data reporting system, supporting process parameter recording and traceability. It is ideally suited for high-demand shot peening strengthening of marine power components.
