This machine is a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly shot blasting unit specifically designed for coil spring strengthening, suitable for various types of coil springs. The blasting chamber is constructed from manganese steel, with additional manganese steel protective plates inside. Multiple access doors are provided on the sides of the chamber. The top of the chamber is equipped with four 37 kW high-performance P480 blast wheels with machined blades, each delivering a maximum media flow rate of up to 500 kg/min. Two part conveyor channels and a spring heating zone are integrated inside the machine, with adjustable channel speeds. Springs can be hot-blasted at temperatures up to 300°C in this zone. The equipment is equipped with a three-stage media classification system to promptly remove unqualified steel shots. A 24-cartridge dust collector ensures excellent dust removal performance.
