This model is a compact overhead hanger-type shot blasting cleaning machine, with a maximum feed rotation diameter of 1000mm and a maximum feed height of 1200mm, capable of carrying up to 300kg of parts. It is suitable for shot blasting cleaning of parts weighing no more than 5kg each. The machine features a small footprint and low energy consumption, making it a new-generation environmentally friendly equipment.

Application

  • The equipment adopts a 180° rotary indexing table.
  • Rear axle suspension loading & unloading: supported by robot, or manual operation with power‑assisted manipulator.
  • Shot peening and loading/unloading run simultaneously, delivering high efficiency and good operability.
  • Fitted with G80II shot peening system; 2 spray nozzles are driven by FANUC 6‑axis robot.
  • Workpiece rotation mechanism installed on the turnover door works in coordination with the robot.
  • Realizes precise strengthening treatment on weld seams.
    Cycle time: 90 seconds for each workpiece.
