The equipment features a six-axis robot with a spray gun and an 800mm diameter turntable. The turntable can be synchronized with the robot for high flexibility in shot peening. A manual operation station is also included for touch-up operations on parts. The system is equipped with a G15 aviation-grade shot peening generation system, enabling continuous and high-precision peening. It includes a 2-stage abrasive size sorting device (cyclone separator, vibrating screen) and a 1-stage abrasive shape sorting device (spiral separator) to ensure consistent peening intensity. The four-cartridge suspended dust collector, equipped with a dust discharge valve and secondary filter, ensures a high level of environmental compliance.
