“Contribution to the ‘Crown on the Crown of Industrial Pearls'” — Aviation Equipment Division and Shot Peening Service Division Jointly Participate in the 25th Aviation Engine & Gas Turbine Exhibition
On May 27-29, 2025, PEENTECH’s Aviation Equipment Division and Shot Peening Service Division participated in the 2025 Aviation Engine & Gas Turbine Exhibition held in Suzhou.
Aviation engines and gas turbines are known as the “Crown on the Crown of Industrial Pearls,” representing the highest level of industrial manufacturing. Maintaining the mechanical performance of engines under extreme conditions of 1000-2000°C temperatures and 15,000-30,000 RPM rotational speeds is extremely challenging. Shot peening, as a core process of anti-fatigue manufacturing, plays an irreplaceable role.
PEENTECH provides two main products and services in this field:
1.High-end shot peening equipment – This business is managed by the Aviation Equipment Division, which oversees Chongqing Plant 9, specializing in shot peening equipment for the aviation and gas turbine fields. It has significant advantages in software control and NADCAP audit assistance.
2.Shot peening processing services – This business is managed by the Shot Peening Service Division, which currently operates four processing plants across the country, including Shanghai Plant 3 and Chongqing Plant 2, both capable of performing shot peening processing for aero-engine blades and turbine disks.
