May 8, 2025, Chongqing – PEENTECH Group and Chongqing University of Science and Technology (CQUST) officially inaugurated their University Student Employment Internship Base at PEENTECH’s Chongqing manufacturing facility. The ceremony was attended by key leaders including Plant Manager Liu Chengmin, Production Director Zhong Taibing, Head of Chongqing R&D Station Hussain Khurram, and CQUST Representative Professor Li, marking a significant step in bridging industry-academia collaboration for talent development.
PEENTECH Group has been deeply engaged in the field of shot peening technology for many years, boasting advanced shot peening equipment and mature processes. This time, it has collaborated with Chongqing University of Science and Technology to establish a college student employment and internship base, aiming to provide college students with a practical platform to access cutting-edge shot peening technology.
Chongqing University of Science and Technology emphasizes the improvement of students’ practical abilities. It aims to leverage the enterprise’s resources in shot peening process R&D, equipment operation and maintenance, etc., to enable students to gain in-depth understanding of key technical parameters such as shot peening coverage and shot peening intensity, deepen their theoretical knowledge in practical work, and enhance their employability.
