The Shot Blasting Service Division has successfully obtained the GJB 9001C-2017 Compliance Certificate!
In April 2025, the Shot Peening Service Division successfully obtained the GJB 9001C-2017 certification. This achievement marks a significant breakthrough in the division’s quality management system development, indicating our entry into a new stage of growth in the military service sector!
The GJB 9001C-2017 certificate, officially titled the “Weapons and Equipment Quality Management System Certification,” is issued based on regulations outlined in the “Weapons and Equipment Quality Management Ordinance.” It certifies that an organization’s quality management system meets stringent requirements for ensuring the quality of weapons and equipment, including computer software, specialized components, supporting products, raw materials, and other related items used in such equipment.
It consists of two parts:
1）ISO 9001: A quality management system formulated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which focuses on quality policies and objectives and provides a framework for achieving these objectives.
2）Weapon Equipment Quality Management System: It covers the entire process of weapon equipment demonstration, development, production, testing and maintenance. It implements effective quality management and process control to ensure that the quality of weapon equipment meets the required standards.
The acquisition of this certification holds profound significance for the Shot Peening Service Division. On one hand, the GJB certification enhances the division’s quality management capabilities and serves as a critical milestone, marking its transition from serving the aviation and automotive sectors to operating in the defense industry.
As a highly standardized and systematic management framework, the GJB system provides the division with a refined management template library covering all business aspects.
